— typically the breasts and abdomen, but it can include other contouring procedures as well.

Your journey begins with a private consultation at our Wichita office. What are the restrictions after a mommmy makeover? You can not lift over 10 lbs for the first 2 weeks. No running, biking or jostling activities for 4 weeks. No core excercises or lfiting more than 30 lbs for 6 weeks.
How much time should I take off work? 1-2 weeks. For sedentary jobs, 1 week off is tyipically enough to feel comfortable sitting at a desk. For more active jobs that require walking and lift, 2-3 weeks off may be recommended.
How long does the swelling last? Swelling peaks at 3 days after surgery. Then, it starts to come down. At 6 weeks out, 60-70% of swelling resolved. Final result can be seen at 3 months after surgery.
