Dr. Nataliya Biskup is a board-certified plastic surgeon. She has distinguished herself as a premier plastic surgeon throughout the state of Kansas known for her results, as well as her reconstructive work on children born with cleft conditions and wounded soldiers in Ukraine.
Luci Heiman, APRN, is a nurse practioner with over 4 years of experience in plastic surgery. Luci helps Dr. Biskup take the very best care of her patients, with advanced knowledge in post-operative care and recovery. She also serves as clinical coordinator for the Kansas Cleft & Craniofacial Center and the executive director of KanSmile, a non-profit for children born with cleft and craniofacial conditions.
As a women and mothers ourselves, Dr. Biskup and her team understand what it is like to be a woman and the changes that happen with pregnancy, weight fluctuations, and aging. With over 10 years of experience in private practice, Dr Biskup has done hundreds of breast procedures, abdominoplasties, facelifts, and rhinoplasties. Dr. Biskup is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, which requires all of its diplomats to adhere to the utmost safety, surgical technique, sound decision making, and ethics.

One of our friendly, helpful staff will find a time for your visit that works with your schedule. We also offer virtual consultations for your convenience.
- 2. Come for your visit

You will check in and sign and complete the necessary paperwork. Then, our medical assistant will welcome you and escort you to your room, where she will review your history and get to know your concerns. After that, you’ll meet Dr Biskup, Brenda, or Luci!
- 3. Meet Your Provider

Your provider will listen to you to understand your concerns, your goals, and your expectations. She will review your treatment options, discuss the pros and cons of each, and thoroughly review the recovery process. Together, we will determine what treatment or procedure will accomplish the best result.
- 4. Undergo your treatment or Schedule your procedure

Once you’ve been provided with pricing information, you are welcome to do your procedure or schedule surgery! Or you may call back when you are ready to move forward. If insurance approvals are needed, we will submit these prior to scheduling. Though a visit before surgery is not required, Dr Biskup welcomes patients to come back if they have any questions or concerns.
- 5. For surgical patients, come in for your surgery

Dr. Biskup will meet you again to mark you and review any additional questions. You will be escorted back to the operating room by the surgery team. When you wake up after surgery, you will recover for 1-2 hours and be able to go home. You will be given detailed, written instructions on how to make your recovery a success.
- 6. Follow up after surgery

We will see you at 1 week after surgery, where we will remove sutures if needed and help you remove bandages. Should any questions arise before your appointment, you can always reach Dr. Biskup or her nurse with questions. Dr. Biskup will then check your healing and surgical sites, and she will make sure you are as comfortable as possible.
